Honestly all I lift is my controller and a basketball when its nice out. Other than that nope.

I have not lifted weights since HS over 2 years ago.

But. I lift packages into UPS trucks. They can get up to over 100lbs.

Bench: 260ish
Squat: 340ish
Power Clean: I've never even heard of this...
Dead Lift: Not a fan of dead lifting, can't remember my last max :/
Leg Press: I hit my new record the other day at the gym, 890

I lift im 6,1 and at 150 pounds but i usally do it onna regular basis.
