What is the complete specification of your system? The FX9370 is a harsh CPU that requires enhanced power delivery compared to the other eight cores. As its only offered by certain motherboards, it could be that the VRM section of the motherboard is overheating and not all boards report those temps.

My bad didn't think it was possible, however where would you mount it? But i doubt the PSU is the problem. Or the whole system would power off.

Alright, the computer is no longer crashing, the Graphics driver is currently crashing however, 344.75

I can't suggest much, but how about trying to use a an Older driver? 344.75 may have some bugs etc. If you use a lower one it might be a bit more stable? I can't really think of anything else.
