whenever i click on google chrome to start it it crashes and when i click on show more details this comes up:

Does anyone know how to fix this. i am running windows Vista 32 bit if that helps at all.

Could you try running the CMD as Administrator and issuing the following command:

sfc /scannow

Once it's done, reboot the PC and see if it resolved the issue.

this wont fix chrome at all.

Like, not even remotely.

Have you tried un-installing chrome and re-installing it.

Yup and still have a crash on startup

I posted that solution because of the c0000005 error code. It means "Access Violation". This can be caused by corrupt system files and the command I posted fixes that issue.
