The entire day I've been getting kicked out of a game in the rec and my park.im on ps4 and I reset my Internet and nothing is working.this happened 16 times today where I get kicked and I can't play but I can see my character play. I even contacted 2k and they won't respond because they are to lazy please help

2k told me to uninstall and reinstall the game it worked for a day and that didn't work. Then they told me to open up ports through my router that didn't worked cause my ports are compatible with their servers. Then I tried resetting my router for 10minutes that didn't worked. As I right now I'm still getting kicked in the middle of games now I'm waiting for 2k to respond. This is crazy I'm losing rep and getting losses for this bullcrap.

2k sent me a email saying that my case has been submitted to tier 2 support so hopefully they can solve my issue

2k Servers have been abnormally trash lately, i've noticed me and my friends all get the same lag spikes at the same times, but we never lag out.

I've been in tier 2 for months now and 2k will not help me. The only way to contact them is by email. Funny thing Is I have no lag but in the middle of games I get kicked. I'm still getting kicked as of today with no support from 2k.
