My friend is having the following problem. If anyone could help it would be greatly appreciated, as we game frequently on FPS's and its ver important that he has sound to play at his full potential.

Im having issues hearing while i am on games, the issue is that whenever i go in TS, steam chat (voice on steam chat) or any other chat program it prioritzes itself over youtube, the game, and other things, making it so i can ONLY hear my friend talk, which is important i hear the game in some cases, i hear other sites such as twitch and so just fine, it ONLY mutes the game and youtube to hear TS and steam chat, something is prioritizing it and i would like to know what so i can fix this
