Pretty much you take the DVD key from the original and patch it to a flashdmp that you have gotten through 360 Flash Tool

The reason behind the DVD drive not reading game's is because it doesn't have the matching DVD key on the drive itself.... So if you take the DVD key from the console and patch the NAND with that same DVD key - you are still left with a DVD drive with a key on it that doesn't match the console's DVD key on the NAND....

But if you get the DVD key from the original NAND and it has the original DVD drive still intact, than that is the right DVD key.

I've had a few console's that i jtagged and they were giving the AUDIO_TS etc when copying and 'Play DVD', when i retrieved the key from the drive's they always never matched what was on the KV info pulled from the NAND....

Yeah this method doesnt work 100% of the time but it worked for me when I was having this problem.
