I have a 25 dollar points card and I'm from the uk and it will not let me redeem it. I've tried changing my region but it's not working can someone help me thanks

2. You CANNOT redeem a code that ISN'T in your currency. The only way would be to make a US account or switch your region in account setting. However a region switch cannot be undone, and can cause loss of existing money & licenses.

You are wrong, you can change your accounts region to the US however you will have to wait 3 months before changing it back to UK. While on a US region account you cannot use UK codes only US keep that in mind, also some games will not be available for purchase due to region difference. So if you change your region to US on the Xbox website then you can use the US currency code.

But yes even if you contact support, as I found they're unwilling to change it early, and will also ask questions.
