i have tried this and it did not work ;(

Try clearing cache. If its only in single player it might be a corrupted game save so you'll need to delete it off your xbox and the cloud and start again.

If clearing cache doesn't work you'll probably need to contact R* support. I'd call personally since they don't really reply to tickets very fast
