To answer your question: They would most likely give you GP or an item worth a high value but some users may intend on giving you real cash but at a discounted price i.e I noticed one of the cards was 7.50 they will look to buy it for around 5 pounds!

Really depends on how much you're looking to sell them for (Wouldn't be to high, possibly around 3-5m for a month) I no longer play RS so I guess its up to you. xD
