I imagine you are talking about the HDD:/Content/0000000000000000/ folder, but you've not really given enough information to be helpful.

Try this:

(using xex menu) once you have created a folder for the game click into that folder and to copy you just click y, COPY DVD, the tray will eject. Place your disc in the tray and shut it by hand,wait moment for the disc to spin and press A.

It will rip the game to your folder.

This can be a issue with the disc surface or old age laser. How far does it get before stopping the rip?

That is usually a problem with a bad NAND flash with an incorrect DVD Key, have you ever re-flashed the NAND?

I have the same problem too but with a little bit more luck, I've never opened up my xbox up before so I know I didn't damage my DVD Tray or anything because I've successfully ripped games before.

My Advanced Warfare disk is completely new, no scratches, whenever I try rip it, it goes to around 50% or 30% or 20% then just stops copying.

It should rip fine, The only issues ive ever seen are dvd drive issues,laser issue.. or bad discs. A common fix for old or warn out laser is to POT Tweak it back into the right Ohm settings.

If your drive reads games then your DVD Key is fine and is matching on the motherboard and dvd pcb.
