Basically what happened: My phone caught a bad update and got stuck in a boot loop. I was sick of it so I decided to restore. Now, I had no back up on iTunes and I'm wondering if there are any programs to recover data from a restored phone. I'm just trying to save pictures and music.

No there is no program to do this. Once you restore your data is gone unless you made a backup.

Surely you've got an iCloud backup, isn't that enabled from default?

If not, I think you're stuck buddy

My iCloud was only set to my contacts, and it doesn't save app data, does it?

I might sound like an annoying parent but learn from your mistake - Regularly backup your phone

(In fairness, I rarely backup either )

The only way to save data is backing up your device through your computer or through iCloud. Once you restore, it's gone.

Also, don't put your nudes on iCloud.
