I'm just wondering on career mode how to make a player go out on loan? I have scouted a bunch of great youth players and have listed them for loan, however they never seem to get offers. The players are ranged in ratings from 57-75 but no offers for anybody.
Is there a way to make sure that my players get loaned out? Very frustrating having them sat in the reserves

when u go to contracts in the career mode, you press a on the player your trying to put on loan and it should say "add to loan list." Hope this helped

Yeah I've done that, but whenever I list them, they never get offers. I was wondering if there was a way to make sure they get offers, otherwise they just rot on my reserves

i usually just play then in the friendly's, then they usually get offers for most of them... if not i play with them for a bit longer and they go out for loan.

Giving them some game-time to build up form may help teams become interested

For the large part though, it's luck. The higher rated the player, the more enticing they are to clubs but sometimes you'll put a player up for loan and get 20 offers yet that same play on loan in a different save will get just 2 offers.

Very much a random-ish process that EA need to refine.

It's just really frustrating, I have players who I can use to rotate, then other players who just won't get a chance at all.

I think they need to model career mode more around football manager, it would be so much better! To me the transfer market just seems too unrealistic.

I think the depth that comes with Football Manager is too sophisticated for the standard console gamer. It's a slow game to progress through and you really have to dedicate quite a few hours to get anywhere.

For a light quick experience, I guess FIFA does the trick.

There are some improvements they need to make (e.g. avoid repeating the same transfers every save) but modelling it around FM just wouldn't suit the 'console experience' as such

I meant the transfer market (also contract negotiations) around football manager, not the entire career mode. I really enjoy the transfer market on FM but on FIFA it just doesn't do it for me.

I enjoy the rest of career mode, apart from the constant international offers that I'm not interested in haha.
