No, you cannot. Basically what license transferring does it transfer the licenses of your console from one console to another.

If you bought CoD: AW from the Xbox 360 Marketplace and have it on Games on Demand (NOT THE DISC) on Console A, then went onto Console B and logged into Console A's account, you would be able to license transfer all of the downloaded content that Console A's account has bought.

Sorry for the rough explanation. You can only do this every 4 months.

Would anyone do licence transfer for me, will happily swap my forza Motorsport 4 and gta 5 for it.
If not I'll end up buying it off dashboard anyway.

Basically it transfers the licenses of all the games (which is how to show you bought it) to a new console.

Because obviously you could just go on download history straight from the bat and download the game you want to play, but then it doesn't let you use it on other accounts, as you don't have the license for the game so theres no real proof you bought it.

How ever if you do transfer the licenses it allows you to use it on other accounts, because say you used your mates account to get a game without transferring licenses, you'd only be able to play it on his account (which is pointless because he needs his account) therefore transferring the licenses means you can play on your account, sorry for the huge paragraph and I know someone has basically explained this already but oh well
