I just downloaded CoD AW and i tried changing my VPN to NZ, but it still says pre load game because i dont have the Day Zero Edition.

Is it possible to buy a Day Zero Edition code and redeem it on steam? And if so where can i buy?

I'm not sure but I thought that they let people upgrade to the day zero edition for free
