Try this

1. Delete your version of Pangu
2. Download the latest version of Pangu from the website (do this even if you originally had the latest version)
3. Unplug your phone from your computer
4. Turn off then on
5. Plug it back in
6. Sync the phone with iTunes
7. Close iTunes
8. Open Pangu (as administrator)
9. Make sure: Find my iPhone - off / Airplane mode is on / No lockscreen password
10. Try to jailbreak

Also @ Kohnz I already am.
What I did was I backed up all my stuff, did a clean restore from iTunes, then jailbroke and restored from iCloud. one more thing try turning off "Find my iPhone"

I did a factory restore, jailbroke, then restored from iTunes and it worked. Giving 50+ Rep to contributing solutions.
