placement of the tattoo also has a pretty big factor on how much it will hurt or not... There are some places on the body, especially if its more bony tat will hurt a lot more than lets say your biceps.


I know bud I am getting my next one on the top of my shoulder and going down my arm once I think of a nice design.

My first tattoo i went faint, only because it was a shock to my system.
But after the first 10 mins its fine, drink and eat plenty before you go.

A got a dragon tattoo when I was in Spain and that hurt like so bad. But have fun when you get you're tattoo just know it will hurt.

Some of the pain of the needles does go away after the first 10-20 minutes or so. Well I shouldn't say it goes away, but it becomes less painful, and almost feels like a numbing sensation, but you can still feel the needles a little. Its hard to explain but it is not as painful after the first little bit of tattooing. This also depends on where you get the tattoo as well though. You just have to try and relax and distract yourself from the pain of tattooing.

i have 90% of my upper half covered im aware of the pain yes after 5-10 minutes it is not as bad but then after a hour or so it starts to get really sore you obviously have no tattoo or a tiny one
