How do you get exotic bounties i need help i never got one yet and i hand in all of the bounties

There is a 2% chance to get one when you turn in a vanguard/crucible bounty.

I personally think the vanguard/crucible/fwc has to be a certain level maybe level 2 or 3, I've read upon a lot of forums and a lot of people saying they have only got them since levelling the vanguard and doig the daily bounties

All I have to say is just keep turning them in so far I've gotten two I'm working on my second one right now

Lol ironic i just got my first today, but all i have to say from personal experience is turn in every bounty you do at the same time so you have a 10% chance of getting one, compared to the 2% from turning in one at a time.
