Okay so I'm completing and doing crucible reputation bounties and when I go to the crucible quartermaster that bar on the left doesn't move at all I'm I missing sonething or is it a bug in the game ?

It's been like that for a while how do you know If you maxed out or not because I seen my crucible marks restart and it's been 290 crucible rank 1 for like a week already

Check your class item and make sure you are not wearing one to represent a faction. If you are wearing one that you bought from a faction then all reputation earned (excluding event reputation) will go towards that faction instead of Vanguard/Crucible. If this isn't the case then you are probably bugged and should report it to Bungie Support.

he isnt talking about marks but his reputation rank. the rank that lets you buy gear and weapons
