Hey Guys,
I need some help producing a 400 office computer build for a project.
The PC is to be used for tasks like word
processing letters, accessing databases and
editing spreadsheets.
I would like a powerful computer, but at this price stamp, and please note this is for use in an office, so no graphics card needs to be found.
Thanks if you can help!

Add a SSD to Xiggy's build and it will run like lighting for a very long time.

If you can manage to go a bit over budget, you could get this;

You don't have to get the R7 250, just any cheap GPU that doesn't suck since the Xeon doesn't have an iGPU. If you want to keep price down, you could get 1x4GB stick of RAM instead of 2x4GB.
