Whenever someone with a jtag decides to get it early and upload it for everyone to get. I happens with almost all games, but no one knows when. Be on the look out about a week before the release

Games always get leaked early, one with the size fan base CoD has will be everywhere when it leaks.
I wouldn't be surprised if it was uploaded 10 days pre-release.

I wouldnt really be concerned about it till maybe lets say maybe a week and a half from now someone might release then yet again someone might not you never know.

All previous CoDs have leaked around 3-7 days pre-release date. Expect it to drop around then.
