Apparently people aren't being banned for it, not too certain about this though

And the coin buyer would simply get a warning, the seller would get a permanent online ban on all EA games.

But how can they tell if the person sold them. Could just be some random person bidding 180k on a player. I know its not that believable but oh well

I see what you mean, I always thought that myself, but I'm just going by the statement EA made a couple of months ago.

Though I did remember seeing that on the first offense of coin selling/farming, you get that ban.

That makes me a bit edgy but lets say I had sent the coins to a friend cos I dont play the game. I feel that'd be a pretty good argument against a ban. Not too fussed as FIFA is starting to bore me but I reckon that would stop a ban to be honest.

My mate had his account permanently banned from FIFA - can't remember specifically what he did but it was something he did on UT that got him banned.

I really don't think it's a scare, to be honest they're not going to get you straight away, give it a few weeks and maybe they'll do something

I wouldn't risk it myself

if your mate was banned then he would have got a email telling him what he did to get the ban.get the email sent to you and post it as proof, stop frightenening people, for 180k no one will be banned
