Use Treyz all client menu. I was using it yesterday and it was working fine in online games and private match. Stat menu only works for the host though so keep that in mind.

The only problem with menus on MW3 is you wont be able to search for public matches as the deafult_mp.xex will be modded.
I am not to sure how private matches work with the modded deafult_mp.xex
Their is no Stat mod menu, download a tool like Cop public R*** tool or ProJimmyRustlers new tool.
You should be able to find a menu with this link.
