Ive already contacted support for service but i just want to know what might be wrong with my ps4.

The other day i was playing and got bored so i decided to play bf4 so i start it up and it begins to pixelate at the menu badly then crashes so im like wow dice your patch broke the game again, so i go to play ghosts and i start up some tdm and these weird glitchy black lines are in front of my barrel the whole game almost like the game is a broken alpha, it then crashes as well. I contact support and ask and they tell me to rebuild database so i do and no good. They then say initialize ps4 so i do, and redownload all my games, still no good. So it needs service apparently. Big games such as cod, bf4, tlou crash everytime but little games like minecraft work perfectly fine as im playing them right now. Ive tested the hdmi cable and my tv hdmi port and its not that. What could be wrong? Its like my ps4's processor has turned into the Nvidia Riva TNT 2. Ive had my ps4 since launch and no probs.

Here you can see the lines and BF4 pixelate:

Check your HDMI connection. Make sure it's plugged in all the way. If not, contact sony. It should be under a manufacturers warranty, since it may be defective
