i bought madden 15 on disc today at game stop.
i install my disc when it done its says i must insert disc or sign to the account who bought this game & click finish. can someone help

Installations can be derpy on the Xbox One. The first thing I always try doing to solve issues on my Xbox One is a power cycle.
To power cycle your Xbox just hold the power button on your console for 10 seconds and you should hear it turn off completely. Turn it back on and see if your game will start up.
