Any Tips? I need 15 im at 19 what's the easiest way to get em

Once you get level 20 the best way to get Motes is by doing Bounties because once you hit level 20 you don't rank up through XP anymore, BUT, every time you get enough XP to level up, even though you can't, you will gain a Mote of Light.

and if you finish the nightfall which is pretty easy this week you get an xp boost so you will get the mote of light faster also!

just do the weekly nightfall,daily heroic and grind the strike playlist. Do about 10 strikes and you're guaranteed at least 5 motes of light.
