whats the best provider and best router to get to change IP address and mac address

Get a VPN or check if your ip is dynamic, if it is you could change your ip before you go online and you should be fine, but if you have static get a VPN

Dynamic - Changes (usually when you reset your router)
Static - Never changes
VPN - Hides your real IP, you'd need a PPTP VPN

a lot of linksys routers have the feature.


my asus router has it
