Can someone make me a gaming build around $1200usd, I want the GTX 970s GPU in there, thanks!

I dont need a Keyboard, mouse and HDD, ill be re-using my WD Blue 500gb HDD and I need a monitor, preferably and IPS one, Thanks!

Nice AIO cooler for overclocking, nice case, good quality PSU, large capacity SSD to install OS and favourite programs/games to for faster/boot load times.
