If you do improve this, please try and make the price as low as possible but with the same if not better specs.

This isn't a priority build, I'm just starting to get the idea of how much to save up. I'd appreciate it if you'd helped. Take your time, no rush. I want the best specs possible for the lowest price. Thank you

Give us a budget, what you'll be using the build for and any peripherals you'll need.

EDIT: You're kidding me, no SSD on a 4K$ computer? Z87 board costing 400$ Low-end aircooler. Excessive amount of RAM. Giantass HDD that'll probably never be filled. A single highend GPU with a case that comes with PSU, also ordering 1350W PSU on the separate. Where's the SLI? Dear lord, there's a section on reddit where this will fit perfectly into. $200 for Win7.

If you really need a budget, then I'd say $5000 is the most I'd put into this.

You don't need the best specs, 32GB of ram is pointless, that PSU is way overkill and will actually be less efficient than a lower wattage one and if you are going to be gaming only/mostly an i7 is not needed.

Okay, if you could help me build a pc that would be reasonable to build.

What will the PC be used for?

If it's just for gaming then I would get this.

Wow, that's such a poo build. If you're spending $5k, get this;

It's completely overkill for gaming but it's awesome. High end enthusiast build. 3-way SLI with enough wattage PSU for another GTX 980. 2TB HDD will be more than enough and the 512GB SSD will be beneficial for faster boot/load times. Nice full sized case with a great AIO cooler. 32GB RAM which is unneeded, but with $5k you can afford it, oh, and it's DDR4. Nice mechanical keyboard with a nice mouse, and a great, high res monitor.
