I personally develop games, and make 3D models on my free time. It doesn't take much to run the programs. I have a i7 and a GTX 660ti. If you want to develop a PC game you will need to have a PC that has high specs than your desired graphics settings.

What is your budget?
Knowing this helps

For what you are gonna do, I recommend the following parts.
Current or last gen i7 Processor
    16GB or more of RAM
GTX 970 or 980(For multi screen you need at least 3-4GB of VRAM)

These 3 parts are the main things you will need. If you want a full parts list just PM me.
