There is a Jailbreak tweak called LocalIAPStore lets you get In-app purchases for free, currently it doesn't work for CoC and just needs to be updated, hopefully it won't take long and you will be able to use it to get instant free gems.

Once you install it go to settings and scroll down to it and make sure 'Enabled' and Generate custom receipt' are both enabled, then, go to a app which you can buy in app purchases, hit the item you want to purchase and when it asks for your apple ID just hit cancel. Viola, you have your free stuff
