I have cydia on an iPad 2! It won't recognise to my PC! I want to delete it! The internet says to stay from erase all content when jail broken! When I erase all content the buffer sign stays on for hours!

Oh no. Never reset the whole device, from the device while jailbroken. I believe now your only option is get it into recovery mode and restore with itunes.

They said to stay away from erase all content for a good reason, then you went and did it anyways. Good job.

Anyways, to fix it hold your power button and home button to get the device into DFU mode and then plug it up to your computer and either do a clean restore or update the device.
