Things you will need:
1) JTAG/RGH
2) HxD
3) PeekPoker

How to begin:
1) Open PeekPoker and connect then click the dump button. You should have a screen like this:

2) You want to enter the offset as D9800000 with a length of 0xFFFFFF
3) Once you have found your dump open HxD and drag the dump in there.
4) Finally take a note of your gun ammo clip. "So say we have 15 ammo and 168 in our clip, simply convert the values to hex which would be 0x0F and 0xA8 so now you search for the following pattern "00 00 00 0F 00 00 00 A8" once you find that pattern, modify the 0F or A8 for the amount you want in your clip."
