So I've been going for the 100% completion in GTA and the only thing stopping me from this achievement is the stranger and freak mission "Pulling one last favor" from Tonya. I tried just about everything from calling her, sleeping weeks in game, doing other activities in game, making a new save, going online and back to franklin, but still no luck. I had one other mission left that wasn't required for the 100% completion and that showed up just fine, but this particular mission will not for some reason. I tried sending Rockstar support a ticket, but their a bunch of idiots who don't know what they're even talking about.. So I was wondering if anyone else here had this problem before and can give me any advice and or solutions? Would be greatly appreciated.

I never had that problem but you've probably put in more effort to try to play the mission than if you were able to get it. Only suggestion I could think of is downloading a game save that will get you the achievement then just delete it and carry on with your original game save. Might seem like a cheap way out but it isn't you've practically finished it but its bugged out.
