got my first jtag today. it will boot into xell reloaded but it wont boot at all. when i turn it on it just has a black screen FREE RECOVERYS FOR WHOEVER HELPS!

You turning it on with the power button/controller or the eject button?

Just a question here, but whenever you press the power button do you let it sit for a minute or two? It's not always instant boot. Another question is if you've set plugins?

im not sure if it has set plugins. i bought it from a friend and ive tried from the power button and the controller ive let it sit like forever a bunch of times and still nothing

and ive read online where i ned to reflash the nand? i dont have the original nand and i cant find a donor

It always takes longer for it to boot with the power button (Well for me anyways)

Turn it on with the controller.

Your friend might have messed it up and then sold you a brick. Ask him if he knows what's going on.

Well I don't think it is bricked because he said it can boot into Xell.

Sounds like it could be your plugins that are set. Try taking a USB that is formatted to FAT32 and plugging it in one of the front USB slots then booting.

Power it on using the power button, wait a second then click the eject button.

If not, make sure it is a JTAG. Look inside the console if there is a red light, if there is, it's a RGH, and is taking a while to boot.

Check your power brick for a green light, if it is red, it's a broken brick.
