Gigahertz wrote A 5450... I used to have one of those. That's your problem. You shouldn't be having any problems with CPU power, providing you mean you have a dual socket motherboard and not just a dual core Xeon.

What's your budget for a GPU upgrade? And what PSU do you have atm?

Yep dual socket motherboard dude

and as for my budget I was thinking arround 50 pounds mate,

and I have a 500 Watt PSU

My upgrade from a 5450 was a GTS 450. A Gigabyte one. You can pick them up for around 40 quid off of eBay, and for the price, they're beastly little cards. Gigabyte ones seem to be a bit rarer though. For your budget I can't really think of anything better... It is an old card, but seriously, it performs well for the price. Try get a Gigabyte one, they overclock well. The overclock does help the card out a lot performance wise too.

And that would run well with my two xeons yeah?

Also in your opinion do you think that card upgrade would in turn give me a few extra FPS in day z?

It'll run fine with your Xeons, and it will help your FPS a lot. It helped mine a lot when upgrading from a 5450, so it should help yours too.
