You'll learn in 15 minutes. It's easy. Releasing clutch and pressing in gas evenly is key. Once you learn that, you're ready.

Dumb_Modz wrote If you get the Z then find a gravel parking lot. You can practice taking off in first without messing anything up. First gear is really the only hard one to learn.

The gravel makes it so the tires can spin easily if you push the gas peddle to fast.

The number one rule for owning a Z is that you do not take it off pavement. Ever.

Like the others said, find an empty parking lot late at night and learn. You won't destroy anything by messing up a few times.

You could buy a simulator online if you are really paranoid about ruining a car

bro trust me on this. 1 year ago i never drove a manual car. last weekend just went 12.4 in the quarter mile with my turbo integra. no slicks on low boost. the best way to learn is just get the car and do it. you wont grind gears. you will just burn the clutch a little. my first car was a 1990 crx with a bad transmission. i grinded gears/syncros over 100 times till that trans blew. even if you happen to grind once or twice it wont be that bad. as long as your not jamming shifter into gear at high rpm without pressing clutch at all

Honestly, just watch videos. Youre gonna grind the gears and kill your 350z, theres no way around it. Because if you practice in car A, master it there, then go to your 350, its gonna be completely different. Clutch will feel different, shifting will feel different, everything

Just watch videos and hop in, thats all I can say.
