Let's put this out there first,I Do Not Mod!, so do not asked for modded things

What Will I Do?
I will be ugrading any car off the streets (this means No Super Or Sport Cars)
Bring Any car by me on the map and i will upgrade it

What Can We Do With The Car?
You can either sell it or insure the car.

How do I get invited?
