Okay so I am looking into a new phone to buy since the IPhone 4s I had cracked severely and I found this online (Click The Link)

And I am pretty positive that this is a legitimate seller! But since I am going to buy this phone (Verizon) I wanted to know If I could connect with a company called something like straight Talk? I saw a commercial and it was 45$ for unlimited data, text, and talk.
And I mean 45$ a month is a amazing price considering how much phone companies charge!

The only way i think doing that would be through unlocking the phone because Verizon uses CDMA and i think straightalk runs on a GSM network. However, i may be wrong.

You'd have to unlock the phone if you're using it on a different provider other than Verizon.
That seller is top rated so you should be fine.
