I currently have these items for my PC:
Case - NZXT Phantom 410 (White) ATX Mid Tower Case
Power Supply - Corsair RM 650W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply
Hard Drive - Western Digital WD Green 2TB 3.5" 5400RPM Internal Hard Drive
SSD - Samsung 840 EVO 250GB 2.5" Solid State Drive
Motherboard - MSI Z87-G45 Gaming ATX LGA1150 Motherboard
Cooler - Corsair H100i 77.0 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler
I am looking for a CPU, Memory and Video Card but, I only have around 200 - 250 pounds. This computer will be used for internet browsing now. Just need your help to pick these parts that I need.

Do you currently have those components now or are you looking to buy them? If you dont have them, give us a budget as it would be unbalanced if you tried to fit a GPU and CPU in that build with only 250GBP
Id be looking for a 200 pound GPU in that build which leaves 50 pounds for RAM & CPU which isnt going to happen.

I'm confused? You already have these other parts? If so, why? If the PC if only for internet browsing, why are you getting an overclock capable motherboard with a case that expensive, so much storage, a CPU cooler and a huge PSU? In fact, why even have the CPU cooler if you don't intend to overclock? Putting £450 into those components and leaving only £250 for a CPU, RAM and GPU is pretty much a horrible idea. The bulk of your budget should go towards CPU and GPU. With that budget, this is about as good as you'll get;

Overclockable i5 CPU on a Z97 chipset board, a 256GB SSD as well as a 1TB HDD which would suffice. A nice case, still from NZXT and it was much more recently released than the Phantom 410. A sufficiently sized PSU, as well as an R9 280X which is a great GPU.
