If you don't see Rooftop Rumble in your mission list
Call Martin and request a job
If the job isn't Rooftop Rumble find a new session and try again
Keep doing that until you get Rooftop Rumble
Once you play it it will be available to you in your mission list

Well if you can't get it by doing what the previous posters said to do, I would go into a public lobby and usually there is someone playing rooftop rumble and i receive a invite so look for those. Once you play it will be on your job list. Then you can host.
