Dozens of passengers and staff in Perth, Australia worked together to push a commuter train off of a man after his leg slipped into between the platform and the carriage.
Luckily for the gentleman in question, the man was boarding at the tail end of the peak hour for commuter traffic, meaning there were enough people there to push on the train to free him
Power of the people indeed, faith in humanity restored.

I watched this on the news earlier today, the train appear let's weighed around 70 tons but all of the passengers managed to push the train so his leg could be freed.
