Bot Lobby Problems

So I've been running into a problem while trying to host the lobby. Here's what we do:
1)I do the system link glitch
2)Friend A goes to private match and invites Friend B. Nothing has been altered.
3)I invite Friend A to the game. He joins and is kicked and then thrown into another lobby
4)I invite Friend B to the game. He joins and is kicked to the host menu.
5)I join Friend B's game. He leaves so I get host and set the game to CTF.
The game requires more than 3 people to start the game
Is there anyway to fix it?

No because you have to have 6-8 players for the group lobby. You can do solo lobbies
