hey title says all i click on gta v and its just a black screen help ?

The only thing i can suggest is to clear system cache

Clear your cache
Clean your disk
Un install your game and install both disks

If it still happens try a friends game. If it does the same thing then it could be something wrong with your Xbox

It sounds like the disc tray is to be broken, try another game on the same console...see if it is black screen. If so then it's your disc tray. If it's not the same error, maybe the disc is scratched or try deleting all save data/clearing cache & also installing over again.

I had the same problem with my Modern Warfare 3 game a few months ago. Found out it was a problem with my disc tray and just ended up getting a new Xbox.

Hopefully something else is wrong with your's though because having to get a new Xbox would suck
