Yeahh about 4am this morning it said there was to be maintenance in 3 hours time from then.

Should be back up soon.

I've not been on Fifa today so i'm not sure if the servers are working on console yet, but the Web app is loading fine now, so maybe try it again on console.

It was on twitter that there were issues with WC mode and FUT would be offline til it was fixed
