I have an iPhone 5c and when I finish jailbreaking, Cydia is not on my phone. Can anyone tell me why?

That happened to me when using Pangu too.
I just did the jailbreaking process one more time, and then it worked.
So try that and if it doesn't work for you, then restore it via iTunes and try again.
