From what I have heard, I think that they ARE going to reset everyone's characters.

I am almost positive that on Bungie's Twitter they already confirmed this.

I doubt they would. I know its Bungie, but for Halo Reach when the beta came out they let people keep their ranks.

I don't see why they wouldn't let us keep out characters i mean its only 8 levels, that isn't even that much.
