This Method is unconfirmed just do this glich here and it messes with the sytem as it will use you online account gpd as i belive while your signed into a diffrent account messing up the sytem this was confirmed by 1 person but if others are whilling to try please post

This will ban whatever account the mods are being done on. This glitch makes you sign into xbox live with your second account, but into the BO servers with your first.

Glich your account even if your banned or not then just host normally so when you do the glich provided you be on BO with like TTg rules but signed into xbox live as like ttg is beast so it confuses the system and doesnt ban you i will make a better post tommrow
