-Bolt Action Only (L118A, MSR)

-No Tacticals Besides Tactical Insertions

-No lethals

-No Assault Killstreaks

-No Support Killstreaks That Kill Including EMP

-No Final Stand or Dead Mans Hand

-No Secondary Weapons Allowed
