Is there anyway possible for someone to bring NoS cars back? It seemed like everyone liked it.

They took NOS out of the game, you can't get it in single player or GTA Online. It's been completely taken out. They could bring it in as a DLC though.

i know but is there any other option that could make NoS on your car like taking the speed boost out of racing and be able to put it on your car

The only way to get NoS cars is with a Jtag/ISO mods!
There is no way someone without a modded console of some kind can get NoS cars
