Can you do xp lobbies on MW3 and if so where can I find the patch?

xp lobbies are not patches they are done by tools like xrpc if you figure out how to make the tool i will send you the force host and xp lobby for domination code for it

Use RTE tools such as Y0da, Public R*pe Tool, etc. We've moved on from patches.
